ARMORY PARK
Armory Park is one of Tucson's oldest and most distinguished neighborhoods. The railroad industry turned this small military plaza into an upscale neighborhood for well-to-do professionals. Today, the architecture reflects changes over the years, with examples of Spanish Colonial, Victorian, and Sonoran styles. This charming area near downtown is home to the Tucson Center for the Performing Arts and the Children's Museum as well as an attractive park.  At the east end of the neighborhood, new home development emulates the historic styles & charm of Armory Park..

BARRIO HISTORICO
The Barrio, or "old neighborhood," is home to many historic homes and to the Tucson Convention Center near downtown.  The original inhabitants of the city settled here, and remnants of its original character remain, including well-preserved clusters of adobe homes. This beautiful & colorful neighborhood expresses the heritage of Tucson's diverse native cultures.

CASAS ADOBE
The area north of Tucson's city limits, between Oro Valley and Marana is known as Casas Adobes. What began in the 1950s as a subdivision has become the informal community now covering a 23-square mile area, with mostly large ranch-style homes built with adobe bricks. Home to the Casas Adobes Shopping Plaza, Foothills Mall, Northwest Medical Center, and a botanical treasure in Tohono Chul Park, Casas Adobe has a hustle and bustle atmosphere.

CATAliNA FOOTHILLS
The Catalina Foothills, one of Tucson’s prestigious residential areas, also referred to as the Foothills, wanders along a lush Sonoran Desert landscape at the base of the Catalina Mountains.  The impressive homes offer stunning views of the Tucson valley and dramatic views of the Catalina Mountains with unmatched Southwestern flare and style.

CIVANO
Though a newly built community, Civano is reminiscent of a 1950’s village with meandering center greens and bike trails for family activities.  The Civano development is a pioneer in environmentally conscious neighborhoods. Complementing its alternative energy ideals, it offers sustainable living in traditional and neoclassical designs utilizing "green" building techniques such as rammed earth, strawbale and solar.

EL ENCANTO ESTATES
Often called the "Beverly Hills of Tucson," this sophisticated quiet neighborhood was deliberately designed to attract the wealthy residents and holds some of Tucson's most elegant homes lining curved streets. Urbanized in the late 1920’s and characterized by a strong California influence, El Encanto is privately tucked away in the center of town located east of Country Club and north of Broadway.

EL PRESIDIO
Tucson's first neighborhood is the historic site of the original walled fort of Tucson in the late 18th century. None of the original wall remains, but many of the original adobe homes and buildings are still standing. El Presidio, with its eclectic architectural mix of Sonoran, Spanish, Colonial, Victorian, Tudor and Bungalow styles, is home to the Tucson Museum of Art, Old Town Artisans, and El Charro Restaurant in downtown Tucson.

FORT LOWELL HISTORIC DISTRICT
First settled by the Hohokam Indians beginning in 300 AD, Ft Lowell Historic District, bordering the Rillito River and Pantano Wash, includes excellent examples of traditional Sonoran architecture with adobe homes sitting amidst large mesquite trees The Fort Lowell Historic District contains a fragment of the original fort built as a military post to protect the locals during  Apache conflicts, as well as a charming historic chapel and park.

GREEN VALLEY
A booming retirement community located 25 miles south of Tucson. The lifestyle in Green Valley has great appeal for active retirees with nine golf courses, shopping plazas, dozens of clubs and volunteer organizations, medical facilities, places of worship, recreation centers and picturesque vistas.  The popular forms of transportation on the streets are shuttle buses, golf carts, bicycles and wheelchairs. Most of the residents are retired professionals and executives who spend their days in activities at the community's ten social centers, playing golf, or involved in creative or intellectual endeavors. The Sam Hughes neighborhood exists within one square mile, bounded by Speedway, Broadway, Country Club and Campbell and embraces Himmel Park, a library, public swimming pool and several shops & restaurants. This beautiful, sort-after historic neighborhood bears its name from Sam Hughes who helped to incorporate the City of Tucson in the late 19th century by serving as an alderman on the first city council and helping establish the public education.

VAIL
Situated in a rural setting of Southwestern tranquility about 20 minutes southeast of Tucson, Vail has become one of the most coveted areas to have an address. Appealing to the equestrian set and lovers of panoramic mountain views, Vail offers many exclusive subdivisions, as well as its own volunteer fire department, a respected school district, and a general store.  A stone's throw away is the lush Saguaro National Monument and Colossal Cave, and custom home sites in Antler Crest and Coyote Creek.
